More than 300 Pacific Life employees, friends, and family supported the annual Orange County Komen event
For the 28th year, the Pacific Life Newport Beach building was awash in a sea of pink walkers, runners, dancers, families, and more at the annual More Than Pink Walk (formerly known as Race for the Cure) which took place on September 22, 2019. A celebration of survivorship, remembrance, and awareness, the 5K walk benefits the Susan G. Komen organization, a non-profit at the forefront of ensuring that life-saving breast health initiatives are accessible to all people in our communities.
The walk course begins and ends at the Pacific Life building and takes 8,000 participants out and about Fashion Island. In addition, the company parking lots host the health expo, the opening ceremonies, and the Survivor Tribute, one of the most touching celebrations of the day.
At this year’s Orange County Walk, Pacific Life had one of the largest teams. Pacific Life is also a proud sponsor of both the Orange County and Omaha More Than Pink events.
