In accordance with the regulatory, ethical, and cultural standards of our organization, the Global Procurement Solutions team at Pacific Life works with partners and stakeholders across the company to source and manage suppliers in pursuit of our company’s strategic objectives.

Doing Business with Pacific Life

Pacific Life uses Coupa for business transactions with its suppliers. Coupa provides our suppliers the ability to directly view and manage orders and invoices between our companies. Transactions in Coupa are restricted to approved Pacific Life suppliers.

Global Procurement Solutions is the centralized group supporting all of Pacific Life’s supplier relationships and transactions. As of April 1, 2021, in accordance with Pacific Life’s “No PO, No Pay” policy,  suppliers are required to obtain a purchase order prior to delivery of all goods or services.

Code of Ethics

Suppliers shall promptly notify Pacific Life of any known or suspected improper behavior by suppliers relating to their dealings with Pacific Life, or any known or suspected improper behavior by Pacific Life employees by using any one of the following methods:

CONSULTANT TRAVEL POLICY

Suppliers or supplier employees that are pre-authorized to travel related to a Pacific Life project, statement of work or purchase order must abide by the Pacific Life Consultant Travel Policy.  Any exceptions to this policy must be documented in a mutually agreed executed contract.
