The Consultant Services Website permits you to access information about the Retirement Annuities products, services and contracts only if you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

The Consultant Services Website is generally updated as changes are made to documents and materials available on the website.  These documents and materials are subject to adjustment and correction.

Pacific Life reserves the right to block access to the Consultant Services Website for any reason.

Excluded Products

Information regarding certain Pacific Life products may not be currently available through the Consultant Services Website.

In order to better serve you, we will monitor the use of the website and may contact you.

User ID and password

In order to safeguard confidential information, you agree to protect your user ID and password and not provide them to others. You agree that Pacific Life shall not be responsible for damages or loss resulting from any breach of security caused by your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your user ID or password. If you authorize third parties to access confidential information from this website, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold Pacific Life harmless against any liability, losses, damages or costs and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of, or resulting from, such access and use.

All e-mail messages sent by you to our Pacific Life Representatives (or to you from our Pacific Life Representatives) and all activity on any policies may be monitored and/or reviewed by Pacific Life and will be recorded and archived in accordance with Pacific Life's record retention policies. These records are available for review by Home Office Employees, Pacific Life Representatives, regulatory examiners, or as required or permitted by law.

Pacific Life may amend this Agreement from time to time. Your continued use of the Consultant Services Website is your agreement to the terms of any and all such amendment(s). Therefore, you should review the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement regularly. Other than such amendments, this Agreement represents the complete understanding between you and Pacific Life regarding the use of this website.
